Relays are coming!

What are Relays? Relays are where a team of four runners carry a baton around the track passing it from one runner to the next to determine the winner at the finish line. Relays are a great opportunity for your child to compete in a team!

Relays are conducted in many formats, 4x100, 4x200, medleys, mixed ages and mixed sex just to name a few. Plenty of fun for all athletes.

Relays are not just for the fastest runners, they are a team event open to all registered FLAC athletes - so join in!

You can register your interest online and if you want to know more ask your Age Group Manager (AGM) or pop your head into the pavillion someone will be able to tell you more!
